These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and mu33 ("we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the mu33 website at mu33.lat and all associated mobile applications, platforms, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

mu33 operates as an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, and related entertainment products tailored specifically for the Malaysian market. All amounts referenced herein are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an account with mu33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, or contractor of mu33 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously had an account with mu33 suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

mu33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. mu33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• Log out from shared devices after each session.
• Notify mu33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

mu33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

mu33 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and RHB Online. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mu33 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to close the associated account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. mu33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These thresholds are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted at mu33's discretion.

mu33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which mu33 accepts no responsibility.

mu33 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated for each promotion.

The following conduct is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating wagers with other players to exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across accounts or platforms to lock in bonus value risk-free.

mu33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any promotional offer accepted prior to its withdrawal remains subject to the terms under which it was accepted.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the Member. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

mu33 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the event result has been adversely affected by circumstances outside normal competitive play; (c) the bet was placed after the event's official result was determined; or (d) the integrity of the event is under official investigation.

For live betting markets, results are based on official scores at the conclusion of regulation play unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other tiebreakers will only count where explicitly stated in the individual market rules.

mu33 operates with maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are applied to protect the integrity of the Platform and are available upon request from our support team. Members who consistently win at levels triggering these limits may have their maximum stake sizes reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu33 Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences across platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing, facilitating, or knowingly permitting a person under 21 to use your account.

mu33 actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, mu33 will report the relevant information to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member concerned.

mu33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data processing practices described therein.

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) across all data transmissions on the Platform. Payment data is handled exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; mu33 does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data on its own servers.

mu33 may share your personal data with third parties only where: (a) required by law or a regulatory authority; (b) necessary to process your transactions via our payment partners; or (c) you have given explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

mu33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial solution or a compulsion. We strongly encourage all Members to set personal limits and to play within their means.

mu33 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in MYR.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period chosen (minimum 6 months).
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders that display your session duration and net profit/loss at regular intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mu33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

In the event of a technical failure or system error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or incorrect winnings being credited, mu33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. This shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mu33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by mu33's own wilful misconduct.

mu33 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at mu33.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and mu33 regarding these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
